As a Louisiana native and full-time Realtor with Latter & Blum, Arla has covered listings and sales in 5 parishes for over 15 years. Her Master's and Bachelor's degrees informs her work representing a variety of clients, including local home builders and neighborhood developers. Since 2013, Arla has continued to reach the annual Top 10 of Latter and Blum in Acadiana.

After completing degrees in Marine Biology and Education, Arla worked as a naturalist on Dewees Island, SC and later as director of a barrier island non-profit. Returning home to Louisiana... salt water still runs in her veins, and she is known to answer the phone and even negotiate a deal with crab trap in hand. Louisiana Native, Nature Lover

A native of Louisiana, Arla left after high school and earned degrees in Marine Biology and Education in South Carolina. She worked as a naturalist and then as a director of a barrier island non-profit near Charleston before coming home. While salt water still runs in her veins, she is passionate about real estate and helping her clients. Arla is even known for answering the phone and closing a deal with crab trap in hand.
